There comes perfection in the ways of disguise and fraud when it comes to the one known as Bannai, to others known as ‘The man of a thousand faces’ or even ‘The Phantom Thief’. He has perfected the art of changing his appearance to that of someone completely different to himself when needed, with the ability to remove his disguise and appear so normal once more. Fake ID? Not a problem.This talent gives him all the more chance at getting what he wants, and he will get what he wants no matter what it is. From a precious jewel to a rare Pokémon, the many guises he can pull off aid him in his conquest of thievery but more-so aid him in his big desires; it is said he once disguised himself as an employee of the weather institute, gaining all known information on the legendary Pokémon Groudon to completely foil the Aqua Gang’s plans. The computers lost all the data after being deleted, this being just another act of trickery, manipulation and deception.That being said, Bannai isn’t such a bad guy…
.ONE. Magma gang (and some Aqua) members will know who Bannai is - or at least should, so feel welcome to recognize him. In his lore, he stole the weather institute's data, so will be known for that..TWO. This blog is: 18+ only, semi-selective, mutuals only (private), single-verse, and linear in time. The blog isn’t set in any specific verse (meaning game/anime etc, but is Pokémon only), there are no AUs nor crossovers for Bannai himself, and what happens in RP is then part of the story unless stated..THREE. I use the new post trimmer from the new XKit module due to the simple fact that the old one will soon be obsolete. I also trim posts where possible and hope for the same back..FOUR. With following: I always read rules etc before following. However, I only skim about sections so as to learn things via RP itself. If I don’t follow back it’s because my blog may disagree with yours or there are triggers you don’t want. I rarely follow non-RP blogs or hubs..FIVE. Content will include: Roleplay, headcanons, aesthetics, and some OOC posts. There may be mental health and triggering themes at play on this blog. Possible triggers are listed on the tags page..SIX. Content will not include: Drama, vague blogging, discourse, call-outs, IRL event mentions, politics, religion, or begging. I will unfollow if any aforementioned things come up once or too much depending on the content itself..SEVEN. Won’t RP / RP with / follow etc: I will not take part in anything highly taboo; Poképhilia, incest, underage, and whatever of the sorts. I will not RP with minors, pro-shippers, and anything related. I will not follow drama-centric, heavy OOC, or constant smut/fetish blogs. I also do not cater to protagonists who antagonize for no reason..EIGHT. On blocking: I will block on occasion. I only block people who have wronged me, people who are problematic, drama-centric blogs, or people who RP things mentioned above; Poképhilia, etc..NINE. I don’t role-play the childish version of Pokémon. While Pokémon is fantasy or whatever, I do keep that aspect but incorporate more logical and realistic things. For instance, if X wants to steal Y’s Pokémon then they wouldn’t battle, lose, and then run away. They’d take it by any force necessary. I will do lighter threads but anything serious will be purely logical..TEN. Starters via mail, posts, and re-blogs are welcome at any time; memes, questions, whatever. Go nuts.

Massive Pokemon fan and stuff since 1998. Bannai is a long-time fav so here he is. He appears in two anime episodes; Unfair Weather Friends and The Ribbon Cup Caper. Due to this said character is obviously HC based, though I have studied him a little.Tumblr RPer since 2014. General RPer since… forever. Long time. I am open to constructive criticism and will never myself be elitist. You can DM me about any issues you think I have in RP / character creation and I'll listen. I am nervous with strangers so it may take a while to warm up to you though I will happily let you approach. I'm open-minded and LGBT+ myself so all that's more than welcome here - I just hate TERFs, LGB alliance, MAPs, and whatever.I have various mental issues and that reflect on me at times as being too nervous to interact with people, getting overly anxious, being unable to read properly / read long passages, random bouts of forgetting things, and may mean I will drop a thread if I find it too mentally exhausting. I also have a stupidly bad memory to the point that I often don't know what I did yesterday so that's an issue in itself lmao. Yea, I'm pretty human all in all.
